Cancellations of orders must be made within 2-3 days of the order.
Customers are responsible providing the correct address and order information. Please review all orders prior to submitting.
The rudeisland name and logo is trademarked and misuse of the trademark is not allowed.
Please be respectful when commenting on the website or providing feedback. We value our customers and the customer experience.
RudeIsland has the right to disable user accounts if the terms and conditions are violated.
Your personal information is confidential and will not be resold, misused or shared except to process your orders with trusted vendors.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Exchange Policy

A Return and Refund is allowed based on the following conditions:

Terms of return (30 days from date of receipt)
State of return (items are unused or unworn and in new condition)
Reason for return (damaged, defective, or wrong product)
Process for return (contact customer service within 14 days of receipt)
Process of refund (refunds take 7-14 business days to process, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return)
